ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY
The Durham (NC) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is honored to participate in North Carolina’s Adopt-A-Highway Program, demonstrating our commitment to community service and environmental stewardship.
Our chapter has adopted a section of roadway in Durham County, right down the street from North Carolina Central University, where we perform quarterly litter clean-up efforts throughout the year. Leading the initiative is current Bull City Kappa Man of the Year, Bro. Ryan Fairley, who coordinates the effort and ensures that our members have an impactful, hands-on opportunity to serve the community.
This initiative not only helps keep our local environment clean but also provides a valuable fellowship opportunity to connect with brothers while making a tangible difference in the community. We encourage all brothers to join us during our upcoming Adopt-A-Highway clean-up days, and to stay connected via our weekly newsletter.
As good stewards of the community, we recognize our corporate social responsibility to maintain and preserve our local environment.
We look forward to your participation as we continue to make Durham a cleaner, greener place for all.
